#roughlife

Overnight oats are nothing new, but they have been my favorite breakfast lately. Not only are they extremely healthy and filling, but they always remind me of last summer on the Vineyard. I love that the options are endless. Here is my most recent favorite way to enjoy oats.

- 1/3 cups oats
- 1/2 peach
- splash of vanilla
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk {I use organic whole non-homogenized}
- a few spoonfuls of plain, whole milk yogurt
- small handful of blueberries
- pinch of salt
- generous sprinkle of cinnamon
- spoonful of chia seeds
- sprinkle of coconut palm sugar {careful not to over sweeten!}
*please use all organic ingredients!*

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or container with lid, put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with almond butter or anything your heart desires.

I wish it looked as good as it tastes!
