Is anyone surprised that champs made my list? I hope not. In my opinion, there is no occasion too small to celebrate with a glass of bubbly, especially with a splash of St. Germain. This is probably my favorite way to enjoy champagne. Valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to enjoy a bottle {or two}! As if I need an excuse...
